How do I create an account ?

  • Open colorbox.co.id
  • Click "SIGN IN or REGISTER".
  • Fill all data listed on "Register - New Customer".
  • Click "SIGN UP".
  • You will receive confirmation email containing username and password.
  • To log in, open colorbox.co.id and click "SIGN IN or REGISTER".
  • Insert your username and password on "Sign in - Existing Customer" section.
  • Click "SIGN IN".
  • You have logged in.

 

How do I order ?

  • Open colorbox.co.id
  • Create account or log in with your existing account.
  • Choose product or article on category page.
  • Click "Add to Bag".
  • Click "Shopping Bag" and click "Continue Checkout".
  • You will be at billing address page, if the address ok, click "NEXT" but if you
    want to change your address, click "EDIT" and choose shipping address
    "JNE REGULER" then click "NEXT".
  • Select your payment method (Credit card or Bank Transfer) then click "NEXT".
  • On Summary & Payment page click "I CONFIRM MY ORDER".
  • Order process finish.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order.
  • Make sure when you do the transfer, the amount is the same as the determined
    price.

 

What if an error happens during ordering process ?

  1. Colorbox web page is optimized for viewing on the following browsers :
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 10.0 and above.
    • Mozilla Firefox 23.0 and above.
    • Google Chrome 29.0 and above.
    • Safari 5 and above.
  2. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  3. Make sure your javascript on active by following these steps :
    a. Internet Explorer
    • On the web browser click "Tools".
    • Click the "Internet Options".
    • Click "Security tab" - click "Internet".
    • "Security level for this zone" scroll in "Medium High".
    • Click the "Custom Level".
    • Locate "Scripting" near the bottom of the list.
    • Under "Active Scripting".
    • Select "Enable".
    • Click "OK".
    b. Mozilla Firefox
    • In the address bar, type "about:config" (with no quotes), and press Enter.
    • Click "I'll be careful, I promise".
    • In the search bar, search for "javascript.enabled" (with no quotes).
    c. Google Chrome
    • On the web browser menu click on the "Tool" and select "Settings".
    • In the "Settings" section click on the "Privacy".
    • Click on the "Content settings".
    • When the dialog window opens, look for the "JavaScript" section and select
      "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)".
    • Click on the "OK" button to close it.
  4. How to clear cache
    • Internet Explorer > Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history > Delete.
    • Mozilla Firefox> Select tools > Options > Advance >Network > Clear Now.
    • Google Chrome > Ctrl+shift+del > click Clear data browsing.
  5. If any error on your browser , you can try order a while longer or direct by email cs_online@delamibrands.com with format :
    • Name :
    • Order via (Computer, Smart Phone, Tab, etc) :
    • Operating system (Windows, XP, iOS, Jellybean) :
    • Date and time order :

Bagaimana Membuat Akun ?

  • Buka colorbox.co.id
  • Klik "SIGN IN or REGISTER"
  • Isi semua data di bagian "Register - New Customer".
  • Setelah selesai melengkapi data, klik "SIGN UP".
  • Setelah anda selesai daftar, anda akan menerima email konfirmasi pendaftaran
    berisi username dan password anda.
  • Untuk masuk ke akun anda, buka colorbox.co.id dan klik "SIGN IN or REGISTER".
  • Masukkan username dan password anda di bagian "SIGN IN – EXISTING CUSTOMER".
  • Klik "SIGN IN".
  • Anda telah masuk ke account anda.

 

Bagaimana cara Pemesanan ?

  • Buka colorbox.co.id
  • Buat akun atau log in dengan akun anda.
  • Pilih produk yang diinginkan di halaman kategori.
  • Klik "Add to Bag".
  • Klik "Shopping Bag" dan klik "Continue Checkout".
  • Anda akan berada di halaman "Billing Address", jika alamat sudah sesuai, klik "NEXT".
    Namun jika ingin mengganti alamat, klik "EDIT" lalu pilih Shipping Address "JNE REGULER" dan
    klik "NEXT".
  • Pilih Payment Method (Kartu Kredit atau Transfer Bank) lalu klik "NEXT".
  • Di halaman Summary & Payment klik "I CONFIRM MY ORDER".
  • Proses pemesanan selesai.
  • Anda akan menerima email konfirmasi pesanan Anda.
  • Pastikan ketika anda melakukan transfer, jumlahnya sesuai dengan harga yang
    sudah ditentukan.

 

Bagaimana jika terjadi error pada saat proses order ?

  1. Website Colorbox dapat diakses dengan browser sebagai berikut :
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 10.0 dan diatasnya.
    • Mozilla Firefox 23.0 dan diatasnya.
    • Google Chrome 29.0 dan diatasnya.
    • Safari 5 dan diatasnya.
  2. Pastikan koneksi internet anda stabil.
  3. Aktifkan javascript menurut browser Anda dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah dibawah ini :
    a. Internet Explorer
    • Klik "Tools" di kanan atas.
    • Klik "Internet Options".
    • Klik "Security tab" - klik "Internet".
    • "Security level for this zone" scroll ke bagian "Medium High".
    • Klik "Custom Level".
    • Di dalam kotak scroll ke bawah hingga menemukan "Scripting".
    • Di bawah "Active Scripting".
    • Pilih Enable.
    • Klik OK.
    b. Mozilla Firefox
    • Ketik "about: config" pada address bar, lalu tekan Enter.
    • Klik "I’ll be careful, I Promise".
    • Kemudian pada kotak pencarian ketik "javascript.enabled" (tanpa tanda kutip).
    c. Google Chrome
    • Buka browser Google Chrome melalui desktop Windows komputer anda dan
      klik "Tool" di bagian pojok kanan atas.
    • Pada bagian "Settings" klik "Privacy”.
    • Klik pada "Content settings".
    • Setelah jendela dialog terbuka, cari di bagian "JavaScript",
      dan pilih "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)".
    • Setelah itu klik "Oke" di bagian bawah untuk menutup.
  4. Bagaimana cara membersihkan cache ?
    • Internet Explorer > Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history > Delete.
    • Mozilla Firefox> Select tools > Options > Advance >Network > Clear Now.
    • Google Chrome > Ctrl+shift+del > klik Clear data browsing.
  5. Apabila masih terjadi error pada saat order, Anda bisa mencoba beberapa saat lagi atau langsung mengirim email ke cs_online@delamibrands.com dengan format :
    • Nama :
    • Perangkat yang digunakan (Computer, Smart Phone, Tab, etc) :
